45db Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and 45db ("Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the 45db platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use the platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published means you have accepted the new terms. For significant changes, we will send a notification to your registered email.

01 Definitions & Scope

The following terms used in this Agreement have the meanings set out below:

"Platform" — The 45db website, mobile version, and all related digital services.
"Account" — A user's registered personal profile, through which platform services can be accessed.
"Services" — Casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and other entertainment activities provided by 45db.
"Balance" — The amount of funds held in a user's account.
"Bonus" — Promotional credits, cashback, or any other financial benefit provided subject to specific conditions.

These terms apply to residents of Bangladesh. Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and use services on the 45db platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on 45db, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must provide your correct full name, date of birth, email, and mobile number.
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, both may be closed.
You must operate the account in your own name and for yourself — not on behalf of anyone else.
It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

45db may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. This may include a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your login password confidential and preventing unauthorised access is entirely your responsibility. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds into your 45db account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
Deposits generally take a few minutes to process.
You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name.
Third-party deposits are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The same payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer) are available for withdrawals.

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
To withdraw from a bonus balance, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
We reserve the right to hold a withdrawal for investigation if any suspicious activity is detected.

04 Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; or deposit ৳22,000 and receive ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus balance, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — see the offers page for full details.
Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
We reserve the right to cancel a bonus if its conditions are not met or if fraud is detected.
Bonuses are for personal entertainment only — using bonuses for professional advantage is not permitted.

05 VIP Program Terms

45db's loyalty program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Diamond — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement is based on consistency and level of play activity. Cashback is calculated every Monday and credited to your account. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account holder concerned.

45db reserves the right to change VIP program terms. Any changes will be communicated to your registered email.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure if violated:

Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any financial crime.
Using bots, automation software, or exploiting any technical loopholes.
Abusing bonuses (arbitrage betting, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts).
Colluding with other users to influence outcomes.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
Attempting to breach the platform's systems or security measures.
Harassing or engaging in misconduct towards other users.

If such activities are detected, deposited funds may be forfeited and the relevant authorities may be notified.

07 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the 45db platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text, and other elements — is the intellectual property of 45db or the relevant third party.

Reproducing, distributing, publishing, or commercially using any part of the platform without our written permission is strictly prohibited. Limited access for personal and non-commercial use is permitted.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting users' personal information is our priority. 45db uses SSL encryption to keep all data secure. Full details of how your personal information is collected, stored, and used can be found in our Privacy Policy.

We never sell your information to third parties. However, limited data sharing with selected partners may occur for service improvement and legal compliance purposes.

09 Limitation of Liability

45db makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

Service disruption caused by technical errors or server outages.
A game being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
Loss caused by an issue with the user's own device.
Services affected by a fault from a third-party software provider.

If an amount is credited to an account in error due to a technical fault, we reserve the right to correct it.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 By the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing your account. Bonus balance will be forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met.

10.2 By 45db

We may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

Breach of terms or fraudulent activity.
Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
The account being inactive for an extended period.
To comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming Commitment

45db believes that gaming is an entertainment activity and should never be harmful to your financial or mental wellbeing. We are therefore fully committed to responsible gaming.

13 Amendment & Validity of Terms

45db may review and update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. For significant changes, notification will be sent to your registered email at least 7 days in advance.

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue in full force. This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between both parties and supersedes any prior oral or written arrangements.
